Yes - Black Tie Optional attire. Think dark suits or tuxedos, and gowns, long dresses, or nice cocktail dresses. We want everyone to look and feel their best on our big day. Wear something that will show your personality and allow you ample ability to boogie on the dance floor!!

We ask that only those explicitly named on the invitation attend our celebration. We are very limited in terms of space because of our historic venue so no additional guests can be accommodated.

While we love your little ones, our wedding ceremony and reception is going to be an adult-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us! If you are in need of childcare services during the wedding, we would be happy to provide recommendations for trusted local babysitters. Please feel free to reach out to us for assistance in making necessary arrangements.

Yes! The Callanwolde Fine Arts Center has ample parking spaces for our event. Please follow the driveway all the way to behind the mansion and park in that lot. However, if you plan to celebrate with a few beverages, please opt to use a rideshare app - we cannot leave any vehicles at the venue overnight.

We will not have coordinated transportation to the event, but the hotels were chosen to be only a short drive or Uber ride to the venue.

Weather permitting, yes! We plan to have our ceremony in the beautiful gardens at Callanwolde, the cocktail hour on the front veranda, and the reception inside of the mansion.
